Job Summary

Hermès seeks an experienced Tech Lead for SI Omnicanal automation who will define, promote, and plan automated testing campaigns, coordinate and manage the automation team, and ensure high-quality IT projects. Lead internal automation solutions, maintain QA tooling, measure KPI progress across projects, and drive continuous improvement of automation practices within the omnichannel ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of external automation specialists and organize the team's workload and capacity planning.
•Define the automation strategy for the Omnicanal SI, select tools, and ensure alignment with QA leads.
•Deliver automation runs, maintain and evolve internal QA sites/servers and automation toolbox for the team.
•Ensure high quality of developments with reusable technical blocks, and propose evolutions to improve maintainability.
•Provide clear KPI reports on automation progress and project quality to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 3 years in automation and proven managerial experience, leading a team of automation specialists.
•Strong expertise in designing and leading automated testing campaigns for IT projects, including ROI, scope, and scheduling.
•Proven ability to develop internal QA automation solutions and maintain/ evolve QA tooling for the Omnicanal IT stack.
•Experience with CI/CD and test automation pipelines, managing external consultants and internal resources.
•Solid SQL knowledge and ability to produce clear KPI reports on automation progress and project quality.
