Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Define accuracy targets and build and run evaluation harnesses for generative/agentic AI systems.
  • •Set and maintain governance, risk, and security guardrails from build start through system evolution.
  • •Embed controls and human-in-the-loop review, including post-release feedback loops to improve system behavior.
  • •Own regulatory and privacy positioning (e.g., APRA, MAS, data residency, and client-specific obligations) and set release-gate evidence for prototype to production.
  • •Design adoption and change approach, drive enablement and post-go-live uptake using active usage tracking, and support executive/Board confidence with governance frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years across AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale technology change and adoption, with strength in at least two and a credible path into the third.
  • •Hands-on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems, preferably beyond policy-only work.
  • •Working knowledge of the APAC regulatory environment relevant to their market.
  • •Practical change and enablement capability for technical audiences and frontline users.
  • •Evidence-based stakeholder management, including comfort saying no when thresholds are not met.
