Senior Customer Manager (Turboshaft Programs)

Lead strategic aerospace customer accounts for RTX’s Pratt & Whitney unit, acting as the primary liaison between customers and maintenance teams. Establish service levels, manage repair facilities, and oversee contractual and financial performance. Coordinate multi-regional support to deliver solutions across turboshaft/helicopter programs, driving customer satisfaction and operational outcomes.
