Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect voltage-noise mitigation across silicon, package, board, and platform, owning the codesign trade-offs across domains.
  • •Co-design noise features with Speed, Power, Reliability, Circuit Design, Power-Arch, ASIC, and platform teams to connect product noise targets to specs.
  • •Define product-level voltage noise targets, drive them to closure, and sign them off at shipment.
  • •Build and own sim-to-sil correlation methodology for noise, validating model accuracy against silicon.
  • •Model and prototype next-gen noise features (transient sense, droop response, mitigation IP) and lead show-stopper noise bugs during bringup.

Salary: USD 136,000 - 264,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS/PhD in EE, CE, or related (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years in silicon power integrity, voltage noise, or PDN.
  • •Deep expertise in di/dt analysis/mitigation, voltage droop, PDN design (die + package + board), transient noise, decap budgeting, and voltage regulator response.
  • •Hands-on silicon experience including bringup, characterization, and sim-to-sil correlation; comfortable with scopes, probes, DAQ, and simulators.
  • •Ability to drive multi-functional codesign trade-offs and sign off product-level voltage noise targets with spec rigor.
