Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate production machines according to instructions and run semiconductor process steps including etching, deposition, annealing, coating/plating, implantation, polishing, cleaning, grinding, and sputtering.
  • •Handle consumables, set up and preload the machine, perform machine checks, load wafers/materials, select programs, and monitor the process.
  • •Independently adjust process and machine parameters within permitted documented options.

Key Requirements
