Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, assign, coordinate, and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities for CNC machines, SPMs, and production equipment.
  • •Lead preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance in line with schedules, OEM recommendations, and operational requirements.
  • •Monitor breakdowns, allocate resources, and restore equipment quickly to minimize production downtime.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis and support troubleshooting of recurring and complex mechanical failures.
  • •Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and maintain accurate maintenance records in SAP/CMMS.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • •Strong knowledge of CNC machine mechanical systems plus hydraulic and pneumatic systems, rotating equipment, machine alignment, and precision maintenance.
  • •Solid understanding of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance principles.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance planning, spare parts management, MTTR/MTBF, and maintenance KPI management.
  • •Experience with HSE requirements and LOTO procedures for safe mechanical maintenance.
