Field Service Technician

Provide skilled maintenance and repair for warm and cold laboratory equipment, ensuring units meet manufacturer and customer requirements. Diagnose issues using precision measuring tools, interpret piping and electrical schematics, and operate control systems. Perform installations, scheduled/unscheduled preventive maintenance, calibrations, and IQ/OQ/PQ validations. Document work via service orders and checklists, serve as the primary service contact for customers, and join an on-call rotation with up to 50% domestic and international travel.
