Drive deposit, loan, and fee-based services growth while managing risk, referral relationships, and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the Retail Personal Banker II onboarding/education program (4–8 weeks) and certification at the end.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments for periodic financial reviews, and support cross-selling.
•Follow risk and conduct responsibilities: uphold policies/procedures, keep information confidential, and help connect customers to appropriate business partners when needed.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank through appearance and verbal/written communication.
