Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the named relationship owner for Encamp’s waste data vendors and haulers.
  • •Drive monthly data delivery through proactive email outreach and follow-up phone calls when needed.
  • •Escalate and problem-solve when data is late, incomplete, or in the wrong format with support from data teams.
  • •Maintain accurate vendor records in Salesforce, including contacts, coverage, delivery history, and call notes.
  • •Track and report monthly vendor delivery performance, establish an outreach cadence, and onboard new vendors.
