Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist customers remotely with startup, operation, and diagnosis/troubleshooting of HVAC products.
  • •Determine root cause using available resources and decide best course of action to put the customer first.
  • •Monitor inbound technical support requests during shift hours and stay in contact until issues are resolved.
  • •Assess customer experience level to keep customers safe and prevent tasks beyond their means.
  • •Document work using procedures, create standard work solutions, and coordinate with internal teams on quality/design/service alerts and warranty claims.
