Job Summary

Lead commercial adoption of an AI Music platform by serving as the go-to music subject matter expert for enterprise sales. Partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle to deliver product expertise, customer education, and demos for music-specific use cases. Drive adoption across Media & Entertainment and creative industries, build relationships across the music ecosystem, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to incorporate feedback into go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as subject matter expert for ElevenLabs Music products for enterprise opportunities from discovery through deployment.
•Partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle with product expertise, customer education, and music-specific guidance.
•Drive Music platform adoption across enterprise customers in Media & Entertainment, technology, gaming, advertising, publishing, and other creative industries.
•Build relationships with key music ecosystem stakeholders including DSPs, labels, publishers, creators, and enterprise buyers.
•Deliver demos/workshops and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to incorporate feedback into product and go-to-market strategy.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise technology sales experience.
•Proven experience selling into or working with DSPs, DAWs, Media & Entertainment companies, or enterprise music buyers.
•Deep understanding of music industry workflows, licensing, creator ecosystems, and music technology.
•Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
•Strong executive communication skills presenting to business and technical stakeholders.
