Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee maintenance and reliability projects across electrical, refrigeration, building, and grounds.
  • •Implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), root cause analysis (RCA), and FMEA to reduce downtime.
  • •Lead, coach, and motivate reliability engineering specialists to build a positive team dynamic and drive change.
  • •Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned lifecycle repairs/replacements.
  • •Ensure maintenance regulations are followed and maintain a contractor list for prompt emergency repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability within the Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution industry.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
  • •Well-versed in OSHA regulations and compliance; OSHA certification is a plus.
  • •Exposure to mechanical, electrical, automation, and refrigeration systems; ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
  • •Comfort working in cold environments and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and/or nights.
