Associate Director, Maintenance and Reliability Engineering

Oversee maintenance and reliability across buildings within a business vertical, taking a hands-on leadership approach. Partner with MRE senior leadership to define and deliver the maintenance roadmap, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with maintenance regulations. Lead managers and technicians, manage vendors and repairs, and drive continuous improvement through problem-solving, project management, and cross-department collaboration on key initiatives and retrofits.
