Key Responsibilities

•Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of process automation initiatives across the organization using Blue Prism, UiPath, and Azure.
•Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities—including leveraging generative AI technologies—to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
•Stay up to date with the latest trends in automation technology and agentic AI, applying advancements to continuously improve business processes.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, operations, and business units—to assess process requirements and implement customized automation solutions.
•Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for automation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and integration of cutting-edge tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
•10+ years of proven experience in process automation with direct expertise in Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Azure automation tools.
•Demonstrated knowledge of agentic AI and experience with generative AI solutions.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional stakeholder management.
•Effective communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
