Key Responsibilities

  • •Support plant leadership in achieving business and financial goals by leading continuous improvement and cost-out initiatives across the plant.
  • •Champion EBS/ECIS and execute the organization’s strategic plan consistent with regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
  • •Manage the continuous improvement team (lean coordinator, CI engineers, and CI techs) and ensure success.
  • •Implement and lead Lean Manufacturing concepts/tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, structured problem solving, root cause analysis, 5s+, Standard Work) across the enterprise.
  • •Run operational improvement events and deliver facility-wide cost-out targets through waste reduction, best-practice implementation, accountability, and operating assessment planning/execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or lean manufacturing deployment in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum three (3) years of experience as a manager of people.
  • •Comprehension of ECIS (Eaton Continuous Improvement System) requirements.
  • •Experience leading Lean Manufacturing concepts and deploying lean tools in manufacturing operations.
