Key Responsibilities

•IP Protection: Handle IP protection and infringement matters, including trademark registrations, copyright and enforcement, pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad, contributing to the global IP portfolio and protection of brands and content.
•Commercial Support: Assist on agreements and legal matters across Voodoo’s products with focus on IP-related provisions, licensing, protection and risk management; exposure to broader commercial contracts is a plus.
•Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve how the legal team supports the business.
•Impact: Be a key member of the legal team, partnering with operational teams and serving as the main IP contact across cross-functional teams.
•Litigation & Strategy (implicit): Leverage IP enforcement strategy and cross-border considerations to protect assets.
