Job Summary

Build and scale Tenable’s cloud-based vulnerability management platform to be reliable and highly available for private and U.S. Government cloud customers. Triage and resolve production support escalations, automate deployment/management/monitoring with scripts and tools, and work through enhancements and bug definitions into production deployments. Collaborate with cloud engineers and embedded SREs, maintain operational documentation, perform upgrades, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

•Respond to support escalations by troubleshooting complex technical issues and resolving data/configuration problems within service level objectives.
•Develop software, tools, and scripts to automate deployment, management, and monitoring of production systems across environments.
•Collaborate across the software development lifecycle to define enhancements/bugs, translate requirements into designs, and drive deployments to production.
•Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 support) and remediate infrastructure and/or container security vulnerabilities.

•Experience deploying public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working with containers (e.g., Docker).
