Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure client solution requirements are resolved according to SLAs for networking technical services systems integration.
  • •Perform configurations, actions/installations, and attend break/fix events.
  • •Own larger portions of installations and handle low-to-medium complexity break/fix incidents during the project lifecycle.
  • •Perform problem resolution and troubleshooting; escalate complex problems to relevant third parties.
  • •Document standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover and compile project administration (time capture and feedback).

Key Requirements

  • •Moderate experience in technical implementation engineering focused on networking technologies.
  • •Moderate experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.
