Work Health & Safety Advisor

Support workplace health, safety, wellbeing, injury management, and return-to-work programs across corporate and distribution centre operations. Partner with leaders to assess risks, conduct inspections, audits, and assurance activities, and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and best practice. Lead incident and near-miss investigations, manage workers’ compensation processes, and drive corrective actions. Deliver WHS training, support HSRs and safety committees, and help embed a proactive safety culture.
