Join the Commercial Servicing Network to support Card Members through chat or phone in a fast-paced customer care environment. Handle multiple conversations, consult with customers to understand needs, and provide tailored solutions while reinforcing card membership benefits. Work in a 24/7 shift model with at least 3 days per week from office, meet performance goals (customer satisfaction, consultative sales, handling time, schedule adherence), and maintain compliance with customer information requirements.
