Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers across the Gulf region, translating business requirements into outcome-driven technology solutions.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for Dell ECS, Storage, and DPS, architecting secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure.
  • •Collaborate with sales, delivery, services, and partner teams to position and implement solutions that deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, professional services, pre-sales engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.

  • •Strong understanding of enterprise data center, hybrid cloud, virtualization, networking, security, and cyber resilience architectures.
  • •Demonstrated executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts in a business-focused manner.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field and/or relevant Dell or industry certifications in infrastructure, cloud, storage, data protection, or enterprise architecture.
