Job Summary

Join the Pratt & Whitney Digital Technologies team as a Hybrid Quality Engineering Test Analyst to drive test automation, strategy, and reporting for enterprise platform systems. You will define testing requirements, develop automated test plans, mentor test engineers, monitor results against KPIs, and collaborate with application teams to improve testing efficiency in a complex aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Test Lead strategy and road map, with a primary focus on test automation and reporting.
•Define and document key test requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies (performance and load testing).
•Develop, implement, and execute test plans, leveraging tools for automation where possible.
•Monitor and report on test results, ensuring alignment with application requirements and KPIs.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to test engineers on tools, processes, and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field and 8+ years of applicable work experience; OR an Advanced degree in Information Technology or a related technical field and 5+ years of applicable work experience.
•Proven experience with application development standards, architectures, and best practices.
•Experience with application testing and quality programs.
•Experience with testing tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Tricentis NeoLoad, Tricentis QTest, Octoperf, Load Runner, Selenium, Cucumber.
•U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
