•Drive best practices for APS-related system implementation projects, business changes, and continuous improvement.
•Manage project timeline, cost, and resources to deliver within scope and budget.
•Gather requirements, conduct business analysis, identify issues, and propose business requirements for APS implementation.
•Coordinate external and internal stakeholders and communicate implementation plans and project status.
•Facilitate workshops, support testing, and produce documentation across the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
•5+ years’ experience in project management, business analysis, or system implementation, preferably involving Production Scheduling, APS, or ERP systems.
•Proven end-to-end project management experience, including timeline, cost, resource planning, and delivery within scope.
•Strong business analysis skills to gather requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into actionable system/business requirements.
•Experience facilitating workshops, coordinating testing, and producing clear project documentation.
