Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, assist with collecting, identifying, and compiling artifacts and archaeological/spatial/observational data from field sites.
  • •Maintain quality control standards and procedures for accurate measurement and documentation.
  • •Assist with basic professional archaeological work related to cultural resources and preservation/environmental support.
  • •Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systems and field/work site notebooks.
  • •Comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures, including sample collection, location data, documentation, and logbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for scientific and non-scientific audiences.
