Job Summary

Own production financial oversight across multiple film/TV/digital projects, including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, weekly reporting, and studio budget monitoring for partner payments. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage production budgets; track costs and forecasts; produce weekly financial reports and monitor studio budget including partner payments.
•Be present on set during production to oversee weekly payments and ensure real-time expense monitoring.
•Oversee crew payroll and manage petty cash, per diems, and P-cards; handle banking setup and documentation.
•Process and code invoices and expense reports, reconcile accounts, and audit reimbursements for policy compliance.
•Maintain general ledger and trial balances; generate financial reports; support audits and tax filings; supervise junior finance staff and coordinate with Legal, Business Affairs, and Production.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8–10 years of production accounting experience in film, TV, or digital media.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA/CAPPA is a plus).
•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and familiarity with production accounting tools such as Movie Magic, SmartAccounting, or MediaWeb.
•Solid understanding of tax incentives, regional compliance, and local currency management (especially for Egyptian productions).
•Fluent Arabic (spoken and written, including script reading) and strong English communication; committed to integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
