Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification.
  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain product/service knowledge and recommend solutions for retail consumer and small business customers using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct outside sales activities.
  • •Follow risk and compliance responsibilities, open/serve retail products, and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application through closing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
