Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leaders in Marketing, R&D and NZ Sales across Australia and New Zealand to operate as an effective business partner and co-create people solutions.
  • •Collaborate with COE teams to enhance capability and performance through talent reviews, merit reviews and performance reviews.
  • •Partner with Rewards to manage people budgets within allocated departments.
  • •Lead the Employee Relations agenda within your population, overseeing grievances, performance improvements or change management.
  • •Lead and participate in initiatives to enhance and improve the employee experience and develop one Senior HR Advisor.
