•Own day-to-day operations of a DashMart distribution center, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe site processes, including scheduling and labor budget management.
•Drive customer experience by leading the team to maintain key quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
•Work cross-functionally with inventory and training teams to provide resources and tools to achieve quality and service goals.
•Use data to identify pain points and inefficiencies and design, build, and execute process improvement projects for operations, quality metrics, and employee experience.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or operations), with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
•Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
•Ability to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts, including some late-night and weekend availability.
•Analytical, data-first mindset, with experience using Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas and pivot tables).
•A college degree, or relevant professional work experience.
