Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned contracts for the project.
  • •Manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
  • •Monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements, expedite disciplines where necessary, and highlight potential areas of concern.
  • •Provide advice on the assessment of variations & claims, delay damages, etc.
  • •Achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings, including clear record-keeping and regular commercial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business management, law, construction law, engineering, project management or quantity surveying.
  • •5 - 10 years’ experience in contract management including EPC, EPCI, EPCM and subcontract management, within the oil and gas sector, energy sector and infrastructure sector. Over 10 years’ experience can be considered as Senior Contract Administrator.
  • •Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • •Proficiency in English is beneficial.
