Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide real-time compliance advice to KKR’s private markets businesses and investment professionals on daily investing and business activities.
  • •Manage compliance controls including policies/processes, disclosure obligations, regulatory guidance monitoring, and MNPI pre-trade reviews.
  • •Oversee anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering processes for fund transactions, trading (including best execution), investor reporting, and regulatory filings.
  • •Establish and enhance compliance desktop procedures and policies, including restricted lists and compliance with investment allocation policies (including SEC exemptive relief for co-investing).
  • •Coordinate with Legal/Compliance and other control groups on risk assessments, testing, audits, and prepare responses to regulatory inquiries; deliver compliance trainings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree and 3 to 6 years of experience in investment management compliance.
  • •At least one year of experience with Private Equity, Infrastructure and/or Real Estate investing strategies, finance, and compliance (preferred).
  • •Ability to contribute to policy/procedure drafting, training business partners, regulatory filings, change management, and testing and risk assessments.
  • •Demonstrated investment-management-context compliance experience and subject-matter expertise in relevant compliance topics.
  • •Strong stakeholder focus, communication skills, professionalism and integrity, and the ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
