Senior MEP Cost Manager - Real Estate

Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) cost management for real estate projects in London, either as part of larger programmes or as standalone MEP commissions. Own early budgets and estimates, develop cost plans, support design teams, and manage tendering/procurement through single- and two-stage routes. Deliver post-contract reporting, variations/change control, value engineering, and final accounts negotiations while coaching assistant cost managers.
