Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather requirements, plan project schedules and resourcing, and create project charters and communication plans for stakeholders.
  • •Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using company change management processes.
  • •Coordinate and orchestrate service delivery, including third parties, and clear project blockers with subject matter experts and escalation points.
  • •Provide technical consultation for SaaS implementation tasks including SSO integration, data integrations, roles/permissions, LTI-compliant app installation, and account hierarchy setup.
  • •Advise on content migration plans, recommend API-based solutions, build technical documentation, and obtain deliverable acceptance at project close.
