Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing-related projects including equipment installations, process improvements, plant expansions, and NPI initiatives.
•Develop detailed project plans and corp. level presentations including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
•Ensure alignment with plant production schedules and operational constraints.
•Drive adherence to stage-gate or structured project management processes.
•Apply Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.

Travel: Low travel

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
