Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Finance and Financial Shared Services process redesign to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and service delivery.
  • •Evaluate and apply AI, RPA, workflow automation, analytics, and available technology to reduce manual work and enable scalable operating models.
  • •Develop business cases, pilots, and scaled implementations with measurable impact on efficiency, quality, cost, capacity, and FTE leverage.
  • •Apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and Kaizen to identify gaps, eliminate waste, and improve Finance workflows.
  • •Define KPIs, monitor outcomes, report results to leadership, and drive change management through coaching and adoption strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in process improvement, Finance transformation, operational excellence, shared services, or back-office operations, including complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Proven ability to lead department-wide transformation efforts and manage a portfolio of high-impact projects from strategy through execution.
  • •Demonstrated success applying AI, RPA, workflow automation, analytics, or related technology to reduce manual work and improve business processes.
  • •Strong capability building business cases, executive recommendations, operating metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting tied to measurable value.
  • •Experience leading or coaching direct reports and cross-functional teams; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) is preferred with applied experience required.
