  • •Ensure customer outcomes by addressing opportunities to increase quality, reduce cost, and minimize risk across the program lifecycle.
  • •Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.
  • •Manage employee compensation and benefits while ensuring safety and security of personnel and government property.
  • •Coordinate and maintain communications with key customer stakeholders, capturing requirements, expected outcomes, and areas of concern.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of increasing leadership experience managing progressively larger and more complex DoW contracts up to $200M or equivalent Branch Chief leadership with $200M budgets.
  • •Experience leading high op-tempo mission sustainment programs across system engineering, system integration, operations, and logistics support.
  • •Experience implementing model-based system engineering practices and cloud-based Command and Control software systems (plus).
  • •Active PMP and ITIL 4 highly desired, with Active TS w/SCI eligibility security clearance.
