Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel within the assigned region to support branches with on-site equipment service, maintenance, and repairs.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct machine inspections, and prepare units for use using real-time diagnostic tools.
  • •Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on rental and customer equipment and tools under supervision of higher-tier technicians.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts and perform repairs using safe job practices.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools.

  • •Active applicable state class driver’s license.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and complete a 10-panel drug screen.
