Legal Counsel

Provide practical, commercially focused legal support to the business from Abu Dhabi, reporting to the Head of Legal. You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, advise internal stakeholders on day-to-day legal queries, and help manage legal risk through pragmatic guidance. The role also supports corporate governance, policy and regulatory compliance, legal operations, and collaboration with business leaders and external counsel to drive timely outcomes.
