Build and own scalable, production-grade AI platform capabilities within the CDR-AI team, transforming raw data into actionable reporting, analytics, and GenAI-driven insights. Design LLM-powered applications, chatbots/copilots, and multi-agent workflows; implement RAG with vector search and vector databases; and develop REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems to run models reliably. Collaborate across product, data, business, and engineering while participating in architecture reviews and mentoring best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as an independent senior engineer, owning complex problem statements and delivering scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business goals.
•Stay current with emerging Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies, mentoring the team on adoption and best practices.
•Collaborate with product, business, data, and engineering stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Participate actively in architecture discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
•Design and build LLM-powered applications, chatbots/copilots, multi-agent workflows, and integrate vector retrieval (RAG) backed by production-ready backend services and REST APIs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline.
•3–5 years of software development experience with hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and TensorFlow/PyTorch or similar AI/ML frameworks.
•Experience designing and building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector search, and fine-tuning pipelines.
•Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, n8n, or ReAct-style agents.
•Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems for production-grade applications.
