Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and provide accurate parts for internal and external customers to support timely vehicle service.
  • •Receive, stock, and maintain inventory, including cycle counts and proper stocking levels.
  • •Process shipments and returns, including incorrect/defective parts, while ensuring vendor compliance.
  • •Control supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
  • •Allocate parts using CarMax systems and follow EH&S requirements while maintaining a clean, orderly work area.
