Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement talent acquisition strategy, branding processes, governance, and best practices.
  • •Lead recruitment for critical and senior-level roles across multiple geographies in partnership with business leaders on workforce planning.
  • •Manage the strategic partnership with the RPO provider, ensuring service-level performance and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
  • •Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, including stakeholder engagement, escalations, compliance, and consistent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • •Build talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and use recruitment analytics and market insights to improve hiring and future needs.

  • •8+ years of recruitment experience within multinational organizations, including leadership and strategic setup experience.

  • •Experience with talent mapping, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics.
