Key Responsibilities

•Deliver safe, fun, progressive swimming lessons following Swim England learn-to-swim framework.
•Develop swimmers' confidence and progress through structured lessons and clear goals.
•Work across leisure centres within the Trust and contribute to ongoing training and development.
•Undertake safeguarding duties and ensure DBS checks are completed as required.
•Provide excellent customer service and engage with learners of all ages and backgrounds.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 19 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Hold STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2 (formerly ASA Level 2) or equivalent
