Regional Manager

Lead Fever’s Spain+Portugal region as General Manager, building and scaling a high-performing team (PMs, producers, location scouts) to develop, launch and manage end-to-end live experiences. Own the region’s P&L, define growth strategy with cross‑functional partners, manage local experiences, and cultivate relationships with C‑level executives and major partners while expanding Fever’s footprint across markets.
