Air Freight Operations Team Member (Johannesburg, ZA)

Manage and support the estimating team to deliver accurate air, sea, road, and cross-border freight estimates and tenders within SLAs. Oversee pricing across modes, maintain rate databases, and improve estimate hit ratios using data-driven insights. Engage airlines, shipping agents, transporters, and overseas partners to secure competitive rates, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with customs, port, and Incoterms requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement.
