Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite new originations and portfolio exposures for a range of CRE asset classes, producing written credit analyses and supporting documentation.
  • •Execute credit requests for existing clients with limited supervision.
  • •Support transactions including existing property deals (refinancings) and ground-up construction, including budget monitoring and draw reviews.
  • •Manage an assigned CRE client portfolio by spreading borrower financials, performing covenant compliance testing, and preparing quarterly trend and monitoring reports.

Key Requirements
