Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate discussions between business units to explore AI opportunities and alternative solutions such as automation and process improvement.
  • •Gather and document requirements, processes, and business cases for AI initiatives, including assessing feasibility.
  • •Act as Product Owner for the Data & Insights AI product team by prioritizing backlog work for highest-value projects.
  • •Coordinate next steps for approved initiatives, including CAPEX/OPEX considerations, prioritization, intake, and governance.
  • •Maintain an up-to-date view of AI initiatives and present recommendations and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • •Basic understanding of AI concepts and automation tools, with the ability to translate business needs into technical language.
  • •Strong curiosity and comfort working in ambiguity with evolving responsibilities.
  • •Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
  • •Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and product ownership concepts like backlog management, sprint planning, and writing user stories; a Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus.
