Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Conduct consultative sales by evaluating customer homes and recommending equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Educate homeowners on how to use their new smart home systems to protect their families.
•Represent Vivint with a strong customer-first approach and build rapport with diverse customers.
•Maintain safety by performing a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

•Comfort with field work such as lifting up to 45 lbs and climbing ladders up to 14 feet, including confined spaces like attics.
