Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end process management for issues, operational risk events (OREs), and remediations by influencing business unit teams that own and action them.
  • •Track progress, validate resolution efficacy, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and collaborate with Operational Risk Management teams.
  • •Perform quality assurance on documentation and record maintenance to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • •Analyze trends to identify systemic risks or control weaknesses, and provide guidance on control enhancements with sample testing.
  • •Review and advise on reports for issues/OREs/remediations status, trends, and outcomes for senior management and governance committees.
