Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners (PBMs, brokers, and third parties).
  • •Manage client account activities by understanding business models, goals, pharmacy benefit intent, and forecasted changes.
  • •Present market reprice analyses, contract terms, and rate dependencies to clients and brokers.
  • •Assist with resolution of billing, claims, eligibility, COBRA, and other customer service problems, partnering with PBM teams.
  • •Execute benefit requests and program implementations, and provide semi-annual pharmacy benefit performance reports with recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum three years of PBM related industry experience.
  • •Knowledge of the Employee Benefits industry, with PBM knowledge specifically.
  • •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry policies, contract documents, proposals, and related correspondence.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting information to insured clients and carriers.
