Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and validate product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures, and engineering requirements.
  • •Analyze quality of products, operations, and processes to Quality Management System requirements, company procedures, contract requirements, or government regulations.
  • •Perform failure and forensic analysis using aerospace design, systems, and integration knowledge.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis, develop corrective/preventive actions, and negotiate concurrence/commitments to ensure problem resolution.
  • •Review and approve corrective action plans and quality planning changes, implement corrective action on audit results, and create analytical reports for distribution.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
  • •3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance.
  • •3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance that requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. Secret clearance and a final U.S. Secret clearance post-start.
