Job Summary

Support Pratt & Whitney’s F135 engine Military Customer Support & Services by authoring and maintaining Source Data that drives Joint Technical Data (JTD) engine manual creation and updates. Answer technical data inquiries, review limits-development and JTD change requests, and collaborate with engineering teams and customers to resolve issues and improve sustainment instructions. Contribute to configuration updates for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at both unit and depot levels, including process-improvement updates based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Answer technical data inquiries and provide timely technical data updates to support F135 maintenance and operations.
•Perform Source Data authoring, including creation, quality reviews, workflow resolutions, task assignments, and resolution of customer comments.
•Review limits development documents and JTD change requests from a sustainment perspective, providing feedback and approval.
•Influence JTD through process improvements and incorporation of engineering requirements for new configurations.
•Collaborate with engineering teams, customers, vendors, and CSEs at depot and unit sites to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal JTD instruction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field; technical degree preferred.
•5+ years related experience, or 3+ years related experience with an advanced degree.
•Ability to travel 10%.

•Knowledge of limits development and/or configuration management and engineering changes.
