Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver total cost management for projects to achieve positive client outcomes.
  • •Provide QS services from design stage through close-out, including cost planning, bill of quantities, and value engineering.
  • •Carry out cost management and contract administration duties, including cost controls with reasonable supervision and guidance.
  • •Monitor and verify VO, claims, payments, and final accounts, and attend project meetings.
  • •Manage procurement-related activities (pre-qualification, tender documents, PTE, tender assessment, and contract documents) and produce monthly cost reports.

Key Requirements

  • •4–10 years of experience in cost management.
  • •Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Economics, or Transportation.
  • •Experience delivering QS and cost management services across multiple industry sectors, including public sector and infrastructure-related projects.
  • •Familiarity with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in Vietnam’s construction market.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
